Returns & Exchanges

At Sheep Inc., we want you to feel as comfortable in our knitwear as the sheep that grew the wool. If your item isn't perfect, you can return or exchange it within 90 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original biodegradable packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop your package off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection through the link provided in your return confirmation email.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
